Our story originates in the majestic mountains of Nicaragua, where the sun, fertile land, and generational care have cultivated outstanding high-altitude beans. From this deep family heritage emerged Harvestnova, the enterprise established to select and export the finest green coffees under the most rigorous quality standards. Today, with the same dedication, we extend this tradition from Phoenix, Arizona. We roast with meticulous care and pride the very beans we have long cherished, delivering to every cup the complete essence, aroma, and authentic soul of our Nicaraguan land.

By exercising direct oversight from farm to roast, We eliminate intermediaries and preserve the quality, freshness, and distinctive character of Nicaraguan coffee. This family tradition finds its fullest expression in three signature roasted coffees, each reflecting a distinct facet of Nicaraguan character:
