These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Harvestnova Coffee Roasters website and online store (the “Site”). By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Harvestnova Coffee Roasters

Harvestnova Coffee Roasters sources premium green coffee beans directly from smallholder farmer in Nicaragua’s highlands and roasts them in small batches in Arizona. We sell freshly roasted whole bean and ground coffee through our online store.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order. By using the Site you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Products, Pricing & Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, flavor notes, and origin information. Because coffee is a natural agricultural product, slight variations in appearance, aroma, or taste between batches are normal and expected.

Prices are subject to change. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order (including for suspected fraud, stock issues, or pricing mistakes). If we cancel an order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

5. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods offered through our checkout (powered by Shopify Payments or similar). You agree to pay all applicable charges, including taxes and shipping.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

8. User Content (Reviews, Photos, Comments)

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content (“User Content”), you grant Harvestnova Coffee Roasters a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content on our Site, social media, and marketing materials. You represent that you have the right to grant this license and that your content does not violate any law or third-party rights.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Interfere with the Site’s security or operation
  • Copy, scrape, or use Site content without permission
  • Impersonate any person or entity

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, product names (Chele, Trigueño, Moreno, etc.), and designs — is owned by Harvestnova Coffee Roasters or its licensors. You may not use our trademarks or content without prior written permission.

11. Disclaimers

The Site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Site. Individual coffee flavor preferences vary; we make no medical or health claims about our products.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harvestnova Coffee Roasters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Harvestnova Coffee Roasters, its owner, and team members from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. We encourage good-faith negotiation first.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Harvestnova Coffee Roasters.
